Why She Founded Blondie Builder: Patrice created Blondie Builder to address a critical gap in the residential contracting industry—transparent communication, stress-free client collaboration, and unwavering attention to craft. After observing standard industry practices that left homeowners feeling anxious or uninformed, she built a company centered on education, empowerment, and meticulous execution.
Relevant Experience & Background: With extensive expertise in custom interior layouts, structural reconfigurations, composite deck engineering, and exterior architecture, Patrice blends functional space planning with high-end aesthetic finishes. Her background in project management ensures that timelines, permits, and vendor coordination run seamlessly.
Role in Each Project: Patrice is personally involved in every phase of your remodel—from the initial consultation and space design to material selection, structural planning, site oversight, and final walk-through. You are never handed off to an anonymous third party.
